I thought my canning days were over but now that I live way out in the country I decided to take advantage of all the farmers stands and do more canning. This book has been very helpful and has new ideas.

Tracy made it seem easy to can local an homegrown fruits and veggies. Every other book I've read on the subject made it seem difficult and frightening. I'm ready now to do some water bath canning. Can't wait to try the zucchini relish recipe. The squash bread and butter pickles sound yummy too.
